George & Macy requested a solid amount of black and whites in their engagement gallery; a request to which I am never opposed. Nearly all of the photos framed on the walls of my own home are in black and white–landscapes & portraits alike. There’s something about the simplicity of images like this that I love. It was cool to shoot with this in mind, focusing on light & shadow to capture this sweet season of engagement for them. We started in their home, and ended with some classic frolicking through the park, haha. Here are just a few of my favorites.
