This branding session was a different vibe from my typical workflow. It was my first shoot back since taking a maternity leave, and Avery’s unique vision was the perfect way to get back to creating. Her branding session involved flash photography, muted edits, and a grainy, grungy aesthetic. (I still can’t believe she thought I was cool enough for this, but I’m honored). When it comes to something as personal as brand images, I am always game for specific requests regarding colors, tones, and all the things needed to create images cohesive with your existing brand materials. Avery just launched her esthetician business & wanted her photos to reflect her edgy style. And, since she makes people glow for a living, we incorporated a few glowy shots in my studio to serve as a contrast to the darker images. That window light was dreamyyy. Stoked on these.
